Led product delivery for the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), replacing a manual Google Sheets PR tracking workflow with an automated system now used in daily operations. Introduced data-driven KPIs that gave the team measurable, real-world impact, while directing the Dev and Data teams, managing stakeholders, and owning the product end to end.

Maintained the WISE Mentoring platform and implemented new features based on requirements, working closely with other members of the OC team to prioritize and scope requests against platform constraints.

- Contributed to Intania888, a sports website for freshman game scores and matches. - Contributed to OS Dashboard, a website for tracking facility and equipment borrowing.

Developed the new WISE Mentoring Platform end-to-end from scratch, a mentor-mentee matching platform that extends Chulalongkorn Business School’s ChAMP alumni mentorship program.

Contributed to the development of Ingfah AI, an AI agent built for natural Thai-language customer engagement. Researched and developed a Go-based RAG microservice integrated with the main server through a proxy layer, and built an embedding evaluation framework.
